  • 1966

    Company was founded by the patriarch Mr. K.H.Oswal on 15th August 1966. When starting out, the group focused only on the rental segment.

  • 1970’s

    In the 70’s Kumar Properties entered construction. It started building branded apartments in this time period.

  • 1980’s

    It was in the 80’s that the group used its prior expertise and developed majestic high-rise buildings and bungalow projects.

  • 1990’s

    Group entered into the hallowed domain of luxurious homes and mega complexes in 90’s.

  • 2000’s

    At the turn of the millennium, Kumar Properties further diversified into the construction of IT parks and Commercial buildings.
